CGBP previous 1RM was 255, hit that again today. Wtd Pullups is a weakness of mine need to get stronger here. Think that I could of hit alittle more weight but still tough sets. 100 Ring push ups for time, I thought would be easy, but went out to fast and burned my self out fast.
