Note: 13sec PR from last time, but felt like I hit that suck factor alot faster this time, around rep 13 I think. Watched video and I can see that I didn't jerk the weight the whole time. Think if I Jerked from the start it would cut down my time and I could knock out more reps unbroken in the beginning.
