Notes: Started a new job today and worked 8 hrs before this workout, eating time before workout wasn't right on point but did my best. Had 20g Bcaa during workout, think it helped out alot. Gym was really busy tonight, has been like that the last couple monday nights. Sean told me were starting a strength phase now, and I'm really amped for it, love weight training heavy. Back is still sore from this weekend but ill get passed it. Sorry the video is so long, didn't have alot of time to edit it, but did my best, not sure how to edit the cluster sets yet.
