Notes:Worked an 8 hour shift before this workout, energy was low when I got to the gym, but seeing some my buddies workin hard when I was warming up, got me pumped for this workout. These clusters are no joke, but I love them. Got All sets UB on the backsquat which was a great feeling. Speed DL at 225, I thought would be very easy but after the cluster BS, my lower body was beat. I went too heavy on the BB walking lunges but it was a struggle and a good ending to this workout. Got yellow Reebox Uforms in the mail today and will start using them tomorrow. I'll review them in a couple weeks maybe near the open a let you know how I like them.
