Notes: Big day for Muscle ups, should of completed all 20 but this is still a big improvement for me. PR'ed my weighted pull up 10lbs, which got me pumped up for muscle ups. I warmed up trying strict muscle ups, got first one ever(check end of video). Getting real excited for the open. Think its going to be a BIG year for CFDRB. Supplements came in today got some glutamine and BCAA's.
