B. Power Snatch: 4x6 TnG; rest 90sec 95,105,110,115
C. Incline Bench Press: 4x5-7 @ 31x0; rest 2min 115(7), 120 (7), 125(6), 125(6)

Notes: Left arm was sore yesterday from the muscle ups the day before. Normal for me when I do alot of muscle ups in one day. Workout was tough but powered through it. Worked my first night shift last night 7pm to 7am. Came home and got 7 hours of sleep. Work again tonight same time, so will see how my workout goes tomorrow. Got my rehband knee supports in the mail, can't wait to use those tomorrow. Didn't go as heavy on the Power Snatch as last time, body was beat and I wanted good form. Same with Incline Bench, started lower and built up. Sorry video is short today. Didn't take alot of video at the gym, was focused on workout.
