Notes: Great workout, worked the last 2 nights, 12.5hours each night. Was able to sleep 6.5 hours before this workout, and eat a meal before it to. Was still tried during workout, but had 20g of BCAA's during. Back squats felt easy, glad I get to increase weight next week. May increase weight of the DL not sure yet. Couple nights off from work this week hoping to catch up on some sleep. Didn't have a cheat meal this weekend, had a couple French fries but thats it. Been eating a meal at 3am during my night shift, just a salad and 80z of chicken, No coffee after 5pm. Think I need to cut out coffee but think its out of the question for the next couple weeks. A plus though is I'm saving money so maybe I can go and watch the crossfit games this year. Sorry about the video, ran out of memory falf way through the workout.
