A1. Close Grip Bench Press: 5x1.1.1.1.1 @ 30x0; 2min rest 225lbs 5,5,5,5,5,
A2. Power Clean: 5x1.1.1.1.1; 2min rest 225lbs 5,5,5,5,5,
B. Power Snatch: 3x5 TnG; 90sec rest 95lbs(5) 115lbs (5), 135lbs(5)
C. Incline Bench Press: 3x10-12 @ 20x0; 90sec rest 95lbs(12) 115lbs(12) 125lbs(10)

Notes: Great workout today, really like this cluster sets. Got a headache two sets in but knew that I had to push through it. Went up 3% on CGBP and Power Cleans and finished all 5 sets. 135lbs Power Snatch felt great, should of started higher and ended higher. I'm working 12hour shifts the next two nights so will see what that dose to me mentally. Open and Boy/Girl challenge are within reach. I'm in the right mind set and can't wait to see what this years training will bring. I know I'm not ready for this years open but, I will but ready for next years Crossfit Open.
