C. DB Walking Lunges: 3x8/8 @ 1010; 90sec rest 135lbs 16,16,16
D. Double Unders: 2min AMRAP x 3; rest 2min 111 reps,68,57

Notes: Worked two 12hour nights shifts leading up to this. BS felt very light today, same with deadlifts. Lunges hurt, could feel my body becoming tired at this point. Havent done DU's in along time, so it felt good doing them, didn't do them very well but did them. Just thankful to be part of such a great box. Programing is going great. Hopefully I can shadow more in the up coming weeks.
