Notes: Worked last night and had school this morning, but was able to get some sleep before this workout. On paper this workout look pretty easy, until about set 11 when you realize that there is now no rest period. Just putting the hammer down and finish it. 2 sets I fail DU's and did hit 20. but other then that got all 20 in. Glad I'm getting work with DU's cause last year the first open WOD had alot of them in it. And I was not prepared for it. Boy/girl is this weekend, its going to be sweet. Some fun WODs programmed. Feeling better today, not feeling as beat down as I was on Monday. Order myself a bar, just the Rouge Bar, can't wait for that to come in, think its really going to help me and our team during the open.
