Notes: Hit 265 on Clean which was a 15lbs PR. Didn't get video of it. Got under 285 but couldn't squat it up. 100 burpees for time, all I can say is great workout, all mental. Sean was right, you can't fail a burpee. I work tonight, got to make that money. hope I'm rested for boy/girl this weekend.
