Notes: Think I reinjuried my left arm yesterday on burpees. Had to skip part of the workout today. Realizing that going overhead with weight is a big weakness of mine. Havent slept very well the last couple of nights. It dosent help when your brother makes bacon at 12:30 in the morning. Going to head home and ice the arm for the rest of the day.
