Well a long weekend is finally coming to an end. Learned alot and think it will help me this year in the open. I am ready to hit it hard again tomorrow after I get some sleep. Would like to thank Allegra for being an awesome teammate. She did one hell of a job this weekend. Can't wait to see what this years open will bring for CFDRB. I'm going to do as may preopen comps as I can next year. We ended up being 15 out of 55 teams this weekend.

Think the Squat Clean is becoming one of my favorite movements now.
