Notes:Row felt great. MU were hard, grip was taxed from moving the mats before hand. and CNS was tired from working night before. I can tell that the kip is not very big. But the transitions felt alright. Open in less then a week. And I was not were I want to be in my training, but I am far better than I was Last year at this time.
