Notes: Huge day in training today. PR my BS 15lbs from the start of my ID programing with Coach Sean. I was pumped before the start of this workout, been watching John North lifting videos all day. I knew it was time to get that PR. Its not a huge PR but its a start. Can't wait to start training heavy again. I know that thats going to be awhile because its the start of the open this week. Going with the status "Attitude Nation" from here on out. Everyday I go into CFDRB someone is hitting a PR, crushing a WOD, or killing some skills.
