Notes: Came into todays workout with low energy, Didn't sleep very well last night. Knew it would be tough because anything with Airdyne is tough. But went at it hard, last two sets were hard. Tried jumping off box back flat footed then jumping onto box, instead of rebounding. Trying to see if it makes my legs aggravated. Didn't get really any good meals in before this workout either. On a better note Tanner(my bro) got his first MU today its on the video at the end. Can't wait till tomorrow get to go heavy, Attitude Nation.
