Notes: Feeling better today after a good nights sleep. BS felt heavy today but knew that I could finish them. Didn't put alot of video of the beginning of the workout in, because you guys have seen this workout the last couple weeks. But Did put all the muscle ups in. Idk Sean showed me a couple thing on my MU's today and it just clicked. Felt like I could of done 30 For Time today. I was using my hips more and also trying to come out of my MU's smooth and smooth into the next one. 1 week from today we will know the first open WOD.
