A. Clean Grip Deadlift: Build to Heavy Single in no more than 5 sets 405lbs
B. Power Clean: Build to Heavy single quickly  260lbs
C. Power Snatch: 3x15 TnG; rest 2min (fast and smooth, focus on breathing and efficiency)
75lbs, 95lbs, 95lbs

Notes: Great day of training PR my Power clean. Hit 405 on DL and stopped did feel heavy just dont want to hit my back, havent hit 400lbs DL in a longtime. Power Snatchs felt great. Open WOD is posted tonight. Will post more tomorrow on my rest day. Its just me now. Time to make the people I look up to proud. Attitude Nation. Let's Go.
