B. Hip Extensions: 3x20; rest 90sec
C. Toes-to-Bar: 4x15; rest 60sec

Notes: Tired today, and sore from I guess the weekend. Think working nights is catching up with me. Tore my hands during pull ups today, hopefully they will heal for the weekend.
