Notes: Fun workout today. I like workouts that I know how many reps till I'm done and can move on. Things like only burpees for 7mins kill me. HR shot up fast today but I have a rest day tomorrow and I'm going to take full advantage of it, o wait I have work tomorrow night. Tried of working nights, think its about time for a change. Hips have been hurting lately but did mobility last two days and have seen a big improvement, Thanks to the team doc and Sean. Open WOD 2 comes out tonight. Attitude Nation, Let's Go.
