Notes: Got a good amount of sleep last night. Came in feeling good and ready to hit the workout hard. After first set my HR would not come down. Even after 10 min of rest. Second set legs died on Airdyne, gave up on it, need to be able to push through that last 10-15 sec. Knew the third set had to be faster. Hit the thrid set 7 sec faster because I didn't give up on the airdyne, paused on a couple burpees, but mae up the time on the airdyne. After the workout did a 4 min z1 row to cool down. I tried adding coconut water to my PWO shake see if it helps me recover. Forgot to start camera for third set. really wanted to see it and compare. Think I need to sit strait up on airdyne so I can breathe and fill my lung with air. Think it hurting me more than its helping me when I airdyne with my chest forward and down.
