Notes: Tried to keep HR down as much as possible during Wall balls. Did pretty well at that. Did a 6:52 Karen. Double Under just thought about prefect form and I would be fine. Muscle ups I knew I would be alright if I could get to them. My coach has done a great job preparing me for MU's. When I got to muscle ups my HR was very high and I wanted nothing to do with them. Thanks to who ever moved my camera so I could catch the last couple of muscle ups. I tried for a double once which killed my arms. Over all did well. Think I could do better. So far trusting my coach and programing is paying off. Can't wait to see what the rest of 2012 bring along with 2013. Attitude Nation. Let's Go.
