15/15 TGU (24kg)-slow and steady)
Felt easy on right arm. Harder on left arm. First time doing multiple TGU.

EMOM x 10min (2 bar muscle ups)
Hit all 20. Couple of misses but got all 20.

20 Triple Unders (or 10min, whatever come first)
Got a couple. Need to work on these.


Notes: Video is of a couple TGU and a couple bar muscle ups. Got a good amount of rest last night. Have to work thrusday and friday night this week. Guess Ill hit the open WOD on sunday this week. Pretty disappointed in myself looking like I'm not going to make the CFDRB team this year. Won't happen again. Next year of training begins next week 200% all year. Attitude Nation.
