Notes: Video is of some of my training from yesterday. At the End of the video is my Front Squat PR. 285lbs x 2. Front squat is getting stronger which will help cleans. It is just far from where it needs to be. Was talking with my coach the last couple of days about a quote from a video he shared with me,about a man who was born with full amputees that climbed mount kilimanjaro. The day before he got to the summit he said " Some times we need to stop looking at how far we need to go and turn around and see how far we've gone." Really made me look back on my life the last couple of years. IDk if everyone that looks at my blog know me well. But I am a Firefighter/ Paramedic. It's hard to find a job right now and each week I keeping looking at where I want to go from here. I guess turning around seeing that I have completed some of the hardest training in the state, keeps me going. I also get to shadow some of the best coaches in the state at a sport, that I can't get enough of. One day at a time. Think it will all work its self out. Attitude Nation. Let's Go.
