A. Build to Heavy Single Front Squat 290lbs(PR)
B. AMRAP in 8min @ 90% of Today’s Max 16 Reps
C. 50 Toes to Bar For Time 3:14

Notes: PR'ed my FS today which felt good. Think I had some more in the tank but had a long workout ahead of me. B went well wasn't really sure how to go at this, so I just felt it out as I went. Need to take alittle less rest time in between reps. T2B went good. Need to get better at these because they cam up in both opens the last 2 years.
