Notes: Today I was ready to train. Body was sore from weekend but mind was in the right place. MU's felt alright but having to turn hands out makes a big difference. I know its the standard, so I must learn to do it. HSPU were good. First 30 not a problem, end 20 big problem. Worked alittle with 32kg KB swings today. Need to start doing more skill work on my own, Not enough time in the day. Attitude Nation.
