Notes: Nothing more I can do, Just hit it hard. Keep a good pace going and put the hammer down if there is a hammer left with 4 mins left. Try not to get burned out within the first 10 mins of 12.3. Don't worry about what round I'm on just keep moving. Keep chipping away at it. And at 18 mins I can say that's all I had, and nothing more.
