A. Back Squat: 5,5,3,3,1,1; rest 5min b/t sets 300,310,320,330,340,350(PR)
B. Back Extensions: 5x10; rest 60sec (weighted) 25lbs

Notes: Good workout. Hit 350lbs on back squat which is a 20lbs PR. Back Extensions are one of my favorite things to do. Really help strengthen my back and butt. Work the next 2 nights unless I get called out. Got a lot going on next week. Testing with Riviera Beach next week, also a paper and group project for school. Attitude Nation. Let's Go.
