Notes: Hit this WOD after 4 hours of teaching classes. Made sure that I did not have a drop off from set to set. Want to do all the sets at about the same spit. That I did well at that. First part was worse than second because the air dyne jacked HR up and had to hang on through the KBS. Second part was easier, Wallballs don't hurt me to bad, and 10 burpees isn't bad when its the end of a set. Good start to a long week. Attitude Nation.
