Notes: Haven't split Jerked in a while. When I went heavy wasn't locking the bar out as well on reps 2 and 3 on the cluster sets. need to drop under and be tight. But feel better about it now. Front squats was rushed for time so did a quick warm up and went. Rows went good. Attitude Nation.
