Notes: Hang Power Snatch felt really good today. Felt like I could hit more but stop because I knew I had alot ahead of me today. PS every 30s was good should of hit more weight on this but still a good workout. WOD Hr Push ups still get me, one of my goats. Pistols went better then I though they would. Never done more than a couple pistols at a time before. Was able to complete all pistols in this workout. Should of got a better time but, over all happy with todays training.
