Notes: Bs felt good, should of hit more but old 1rm was 330lbs. Didn't have much left after BS. FS felt heavy. First couple of sets CNS was just fried. Really looking forward to going heavy and finding a new 1RM BS. Was able to catch up on some sleep the last couple days and I'm feeling good. Attitude Nation. Let's Go.
