Think I should of Hit alittle heavier weight on this workout. Maybe next time I do it ill, do 175 or 185. Tri’s were smoked from yesterdays pushups. Havent been sleeping well the last couple nights, need to get back on a good sleeping. Post workout shake 50g protein, BCAA’s and Dextrose.
