A. Power Snatch: 3x3 @ 70%; rest 90sec 140lbs
B. Power Snatch: 3x2 @ 80%; rest 60sec 160lbs
C. Power Snatch: 3x1 @ 90%; rest 45sec 180lbs
D. Box Jumps: 4x15; rest 30sec



Notes: Power Snatch felt good today, just heavy, Think that its due to the lack of sleep I've gotten the last couple of nights. Havent done Box Jumps in a long time so it felt good to get some reps in before the boy/girl and open. Long week ahead of me hopefully it goes by fast. Work nights Monday, Weds, and Friday. School Tuesday and Thursday Mornings. Shadowing as much as possible. Boy/ girl Sunday. And a Firefighter job test Monday morning in gainesville. Ant Nothin to it but to do it.
